My name is Maple (she/her), and I'm an 18yo omnisexual transgender furry photographer and networking enjoyer! Though I don't have a heavy web presence in any sense of the word, you may of course know me as DamiDoop across the web.

I'm studying IT & Networking at Fanshawe College since September 2026, and it has so far been a blast to get to work with the equipment and technology I've so far only messed with as a hobby. Even if I still think about the pains I've endured with Cisco's IOS.

My main hobby is photography! Whether it be walking around my city's (somewhat depressing) downtown, or biking to parts unknown to me in the countryside, I always enjoy going about and finding nice compositions wherever I find myself. It's just one of the ways for me to express my creativity while being easy to share with anyone. I'm not in the habit of sharing my work publicly online, but whenever I do it tends to be here on my blog first.

Along with photography, I enjoy doing graphic design from time to time (even if not as often as I'd like.) If I end up making some cool graphic design stuff I'll post it here and on my social media (since it'll be in far smaller batches than my photos)

Outside of school, I enjoy messing around with my servers and networking equipment. I've got an Ubuntu Server as well as a Proxmox instance, routed through a Cisco 3750G 48-port switch, through to a Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X running OpenWRT 25.12 with a TP-Link Archer C4000 as my Wi-Fi access point. After getting that ER-X finally working, it's been a joy to just have everything fall into place with my various subnets and WireGuard stuff, among other things.
